Installation Is Just the Start: How SWI Keeps Industrial Monitoring Systems Running Worldwide

Deploying an industrial monitoring system is a milestone, not a finish line. Sensors need to stay calibrated, software needs to stay current, and operators need a team they can call when something doesn’t look right. For utilities and industrial operators evaluating a monitoring partner, what happens after installation day matters as much as the technology itself.

Systems With Intelligence’s Touchless™ monitoring solutions, has built its support model around that principle: staying engaged with every deployment long after the hardware goes live. That commitment guides how support is structured. We combine local, on-site expertise with a remote model that can respond quickly regardless of where an asset is located.

Support That Starts Before the System Ever Goes Live

Our involvement begins with the installation itself. Systems With Intelligence coordinates the full installation process, working alongside your team or a certified subcontractor to make sure every part of the solution is placed according to the system design. Our experienced field engineers and partners handle on-site installation and commissioning, verifying that hardware is positioned correctly and that every data feed, alarm, and integration is tested before the system is considered live.

For operators rolling out monitoring across multiple locations, we also coordinate commissioning schedules across every site, keeping large-scale deployments organized instead of leaving each location to figure out installation independently.

Once a system is live, the work shifts from setup to support. This includes ongoing configuration adjustments as an operator’s asset network grows, access to Systems With Intelligence’s resource library of technical documentation and platform tutorials, and updates as our software evolves.

A Support Model Built to Scale

Industrial operators don’t all need the same level of engagement, and their needs rarely stay static. Our model is built to flex with that range, combining on-site expertise with remote capabilities so support scales with the size and complexity of an operation, whether regionally or globally.

This combination matters when a problem needs a fast answer. Many issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely, without waiting for a technician to travel to site. When on-site attention is genuinely required, we have the coordination processes in place, developed through years of multi-site commissioning work, to get the right expertise where it needs to be.

We have supported industrial and utility operators since 2009, growing to serve thousands of installations across multiple industries and regions. That base of experience means the team troubleshooting an issue has likely seen a similar one before,  in a similar environment, and knows how to resolve it efficiently.

Proactive Monitoring, Not Just Reactive Fixes

Reliable is about catching problems before they become the reason for that phone call in the first place. We monitor the health of deployed systems remotely on an ongoing basis, flagging performance issues before they affect monitoring coverage. Instead of operators having to run their own diagnostics or wonder whether a sensor is still reporting accurately that SWI’s team is already watching for it.

That ongoing visibility gives operations teams something more valuable than a warranty: a support partner who understands their specific sites, their specific assets, and how their monitoring needs change as their operation grows. It turns support from an occasional troubleshooting call into a continuous, informed relationship.

Reliability That Doesn’t End at Commissioning

Business-hours technical support by phone and email covers day-to-day questions. Our after-hours contact, with a commitment to respond within 24 hours on non-emergency issues and our remote diagnostics resolve many issues without a site visit.

A sensor is only as valuable as the support behind it, and a support model is only as valuable as its ability to scale, respond quickly, and catch problems early. That’s the model we have built, and it’s the same expertise behind every Enertics Touchless™ deployment.
