Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. Here, you'll find clear and concise answers to the most common inquiries about what a Product & Solution demo entails.

  1. What is the purpose of the product demo – how do I know I am ready for a demo?

    The purpose of the product demo is to get your questions answered that are specific to your location(s) and your organization’s needs. It gives you a chance to ask specific questions that may not have been covered in our blogs or documents on the website.

  2. How long will the demo last?

    Our demos are 20 mins in length.

  3. What specific features of the software will be covered during the demo?

    In the “message” field of the form, if you specify which products/solutions you are interested in or what problem you are trying to solve, we will tailor the demo to give an overview of those items. Based on your questions and our conversation during the call we can dive in as deep technically as you would like or we can keep the call high-level.

  4. Will I have the opportunity to ask questions during the demo?

    Yes. The call is for you so while our Regional Manager will be asking you questions to be sure they can offer the best information, you may ask all the questions you want.

  5. Is the demo live or pre-recorded?

    The demo is live. We want to show you how the system works in real-time and we want to be able to answer your questions

  6. Will the demo be customized to my industry or business needs?

    Yes. The more information you provide to us in the form on the demo sign up page, the more we will tailor the demo to your specific situation.

  7. What do I need to prepare or bring to the demo?

    Show up at the time arranged is all you need to do. Our team is well experienced in providing demos to clients early in their discovery phase right through to exact technical and financial specifics. We will tailor it to the audience you bring to the demo. You are welcome to have one person as the information gatherer or your full committee on the demo call – whatever works best for you.

  8. Can I invite colleagues to join the demo?

    Yes. The Teams link and calendar invite will allow you to invite additional people.

  9. How do I sign up for the demo?

    Please fill in all the information here. If you don’t know the answer to the required information, put “n/a”. We only require a name and an email address to move the demo process forward for scheduling.

  10. What happens after I sign up for the demo?

    Your information is emailed to our coordinator who assigns your demo to the territory manager in the same region as your organization is based. The coordinator will check that territory manager’s schedule for available times and email you back to coordinate the demo call that will fit your schedule as well.

  11. Will there be a Q&A session at the end of the demo?

    Yes, and you are welcome to ask questions all the way through the demo.

  12. Who will be presenting the demo?

    A member of the Systems With Intelligence team who is knowledgeable about our products and services will lead your demo.

  13. Can I see a recorded version of the demo if a member of my team cannot attend the live session?

    We can record the session for you and send you a link to the recording after the session for any of your colleagues who were not able to make the call.

  14. How is the demo conducted (e.g., via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)?

    It will be over a Teams video call.

  15. Will I receive any materials or resources after the demo?

    Yes, you will receive a recording of the call as well as any datasheets or documents mentioned during the demo.

  16. Is there a cost to attend the demo?

    There is no cost to attend and there is no obligation to buy from SWI.

  17. How will the demo address my specific business challenges?

    Based on the information provided to us when you fill out the demo form and based on your answers to the questions on the call – we will be able to provide a demo specific to your organization’s situation.

  18. Will the demo include a walkthrough of the entire software platform?

    No. The first demo is more of a discovery call. Once we understand more of your specific needs, a deeper walkthrough will be possible.

  19. How do I schedule a one-on-one follow-up after the demo?

    You will be given the sales person’s name, email and contact details during the call. You are welcome to follow up with them at any time.

  20. Can I get a hands-on trial of the solution after the demo?

    Generally yes. This will have to be arranged once we understand more about your organization.

  21. How will my data be handled during and after the demo?

    You may receive periodic emails and our company letter, either of which you can opt out of at any time.

  22. Will there be any technical requirements or compatibility issues I should be aware of?

    Not for the demo. We just need you to have a reliable internet connection so that our Teams call runs smoothly. We’d suggest a headset and mic so you can hear us and speak to us without any audio interference.

  23. Can I get access to case studies or success stories from other customers after the demo?

    Yes. We have case studies readily available today – just register here and you can download them.

  24. How often will I be contacted after the demo?

    We will contact you to review how the demo went and to see if you have any more questions.

  25. Will I be added to any email marketing lists after attending the demo?

    You may receive periodic emails from SWI and our company letter, either of which you can opt out of at any time.

  26. Can I specify my preferred method of communication (e.g., email, phone, etc.)?

    Yes.

  27. Will I be contacted immediately after the demo, or is there a waiting period?

    We will ask you what the best next step is after the demo is over and will contact you on your terms.

  28. Can I opt out of follow-up communications if I'm not interested?

    Yes. You can easily unsubscribe from any of our company’s email communications.

  29. Who specifically will be contacting me after the demo?

    The same SWI employee who led your demo.

  30. Will the follow-up communication be personalized or automated?

    Our email marketing is automated based on your industry. Our monthly company newsletter is automated. Our sales person follow up is personal and 1:1.

  31. What type of information will the salesperson be asking for during follow-up?

    We will ask you about your monitoring requirements, what you would like to see from a monitoring system and what types of assets you want to monitor.

  32. Can I schedule the follow-up call at a convenient time for me?

    Yes.

  33. Will my contact information be shared with third parties or used for other purposes?

    No. SWI will not share your information with any third party.

  34. My questions haven’t been answered, is there someone I can contact before deciding to book a demo?

    Yes. Please contact info@systemswithintelligence.com and let us know that you have some questions about the demo before you decide if you would like to sign up. Someone will get back to you within 24hrs.
