Angelo is one of the founding members of Systems With Intelligence where he has been since 2009. Angelo has over 25 years of experience in the electric utility and industrial automation industry and has been instrumental in developing and supplying leading-edge technology solutions for electric utility customers in the areas of protection relays, communications systems, video, and SCADA systems. Angelo is currently the President & CEO at SWI and in the past has held senior commercial and technical positions at RuggedCom and General Electric (Multilin). Angelo is currently an active member of both the IEEE and IEC where he has participated in a number of technical standards committees.

Fausto is a founding member of SWI and has served as Chief Technology Officer since day one. He brings over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, with a background spanning technical sales and support, operations, and strategic product development. As CTO, Fausto is responsible for keeping SWI’s products at the forefront of innovation and delivering solutions that are built to last. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute.

Brad joined SWI as Chief Information Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience driving business transformation and operational excellence across the utility sector. He works closely with customers to optimize operations through sensor data, digital technology, and advanced analytics. Brad previously served as CIO at Hydro One, as well as VP of Transmission and Stations and VP of Distribution. He holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.

John has over 20 years of experience developing high-tech hardware and software products. As the head of Engineering at Systems With Intelligence, John is responsible for the research and development of new products and solutions. John has brought specialized experience to Systems With Intelligence through development of products in both the electric power and the digital imaging industry. John has been able to leverage this experience to create digital imaging products and solutions for industrial applications. John holds a Bachelors Engineering Management in Electrical Engineering and has a PhD in Engineering Physics from McMaster University.

Rafael has been with SWI since the beginning, running the operations side of the business with consistency and care. He brings over 15 years of management experience in the electric power industry, including roles in materials and manufacturing at RuggedCom/Siemens and General Electric. At SWI, Rafael upholds the high standard of product manufacturing through ISO industry standard processes. He is both Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certified, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from Brock University.

Richard leads Marketing and Product Management at SWI, with over 25 years of experience in industrial networking communications and applications. His role centers on developing products that meet real industry needs and communicating their value clearly to the market. Richard previously held business development and product management roles at RuggedCom and Siemens Canada, focused on communications in the electric power market. He is an Electronic Engineering Technologist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from York University.

Nora has been part of the SWI family since the company was founded in 2009, bringing over 20 years of inside sales experience to the team. She manages the sales administration process and serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments alike. Nora previously held senior positions at General Electric (Multilin) and RuggedCom, and brings both technical knowledge and a genuine commitment to client relationships. She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate and a Civil Engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras.

Andy is one of the co-founders of Viper Imaging and currently serves as the Vice President for Global Corporate Accounts & Strategic Development. With more than 20 years of experience in the infrared imaging market, he has worked with both global and national organizations, managing sales teams that provided various systems for the industrial marketplace, including robotics, automation, thermal imaging, temperature measurement, and gas analysis systems. Andy graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and is certified as a Level III Thermographer and Fluid Power Specialist.

Rich is a co-founder of Viper Imaging and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales. He holds a Level III Thermographer certification and is an experienced professional in thermal and spectral analysis, with 30 years of experience in UV, visible, and infrared instrumentation. Rich graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is also a US Navy veteran who served for six years, graduating at the top of his class as an Electrician’s Mate.

Ben serves as General Manager of Viper Imaging, the U.S. division of Systems With Intelligence, where he leads operations and overall business performance. Based in Birmingham, AL, he leads the company’s U.S. hub, driving execution and supporting customers across key industrial markets. He is responsible for driving strategic growth, managing financial performance, and improving efficiency across the organization. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Auburn University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Bobby is the founder and Managing Director of Enertics. He started his Leadership Journey 22 years ago with ABB and General Electric T&D Industry. His experience spans Product Management, Strategy, Commercial Marketing, Application Engineering, Business Operations & Lean Six-Sigma. Bobby has a BE in Electrical Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and a MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Co-founder and business leader for Enertics. Senthoor brings a distinguished 25+ year career marked by expertise in global markets. He previously worked as VP within companies like Schneider Electric, Hubbell, GE, Electro Industries and CPO at Nice NA. Senthoor’s focus is on expanding SWI’s reach into new markets and driving strategic initiatives that further the adoption of advanced monitoring technologies across critical infrastructure sectors. Senthoor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
